   I oversee strategy and operations at Kundalini Coffee Company (KCC), a fully organic, woman-owned coffee brand. Under my leadership, KCC has expanded into international markets and forged strategic partnerships with major big-box grocery retailers, enabling the launch of our plug-and-play in-store espresso, tea, and juice bars.To align our growth with our mission, I integrated women-owned organic coffee farms into our supply chain, reinforcing our commitment to empowerment and sustainability. I also led our transition into sourcing and roasting organic coffee beans, empowering retailers to roast on-site using smokeless, emissions-free technology. This innovation has reduced carbon emissions by up to 79% while cutting reliance on long-distance transportation.
