ABOUT JULIA SZENBERG
With over 7 years in Learning & Development, I’ve spent my career helping people grow—designing learning experiences, facilitating programs, and supporting behavior change at work. I loved the work, but over time I started noticing something that stuck with me: learning only really lands when people feel well enough to absorb and apply it.Again and again, I saw smart, capable people struggling—not because they lacked skills, but because they were exhausted, stressed, or running on empty. That’s when my focus naturally began to shift from what people were learning to how they were experiencing work overall.That curiosity and passion has led me towards employee wellbeing, where I can support people more holistically. I’m currently pursuing a Health Coach certification to deepen my understanding of wellbeing, health, and sustainable behavior change, and to complement the coaching, program management, and facilitation skills I’ve built through L&D.My background allows me to bridge learning, behavior change, and wellbeing in a practical, human way. I’m especially interested in the intersection of wellbeing, behavior change, and workplace culture, and how organizations can create environments where employees can truly thrive.
