ABOUT JULIA SIQUEIRA
I am the Global Sector Manager for Materials & Process Industries at BCG with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a passion for solving complex, interdisciplinary challenges. I started as a Consultant and have experience across project management, sustainability, cost & organizational transformations, go-to-market, and performance improvement for clients in energy, biopharma, financial services, and retail. Prior to BCG, I spent 7+ years in polymer research and instrumentation design, implementing and improving real-time synthesis monitoring techniques and analyzing complex datasets in the quest of material property control. I\'m excited to be applying strategic thinking, science and operations background, and climate-oriented mindset into Industrial Goods by driving BCG sector\'s strategy and growth, strengthening people-focused initiatives, and increasing our impact to current and future clients.
