I\'m a Human Resources Management student, always seeking personal and professional growth. My journey includes over 2 years of customer service experience, 1 year in a commercial administrative role, and a successful transition into Human Resources, where I have developed essential skills and have been working for 2 years.Currently, I work as a Recruiter & People Operations intern, responsible for key processes such as recruitment and selection, benefits management, and documentation control. I actively participate in training and development projects, contributing to the establishment of a strong and positive organizational culture.
