As the child of 2 Aerospace/Propulsion Engineers, I grew up immersed in lessons on Physics and technology. My aptitude for those topics rapidly expanded into a broad-spectrum passion for science, technology and social responsibility. It continues to inspire and ground me every day. In addition to my Day-Job, I have been practicing Martial Arts and Yoga for over 20 years and have over 400 hours of experience teaching Zen, Qigong, Tai Jitsu & Yoga. Based on Student Feedback: I create engaging education experiences that empower humans to easefully improve their self-care. I show people the path to naturally desire healthier lifestyles and help them experience making tangible change in their lives every day. I help people get out of their own way of being mindful – I help reconnect them with their own humanity. You can invite me to facilitate groups who would like to augment their wellness, mindfulness, and personal development. Positions that allow for some level of community building are of special interest to me. I also offer workshops with added Team Building and Leadership Development: As a facilitator I am adept at perceiving and analyzing cognitive or intrapersonal dynamics and tailoring learning systems accordingly - relying on my training in mediation, non-violent pedagogy, public speaking, and group facilitation.
