ABOUT JULIAN PECK
I am a graduate of the Synchrony IT Business Leadership Program, a fast paced leadership program comprised of three 8 month rotations, across Synchrony Portfolios. The program has taught me the important of learning quickly, understanding the connection between technology and products, and the importance of a customer focused vision.After graduating the BLP program, I joined our Paypal client team, which was focused on the PayPal Credit Acquisition. I learned the detailed steps and challenges associated with acquiring a massive book, and the importance of client collaboration and relationships.After 2.5 years on the PayPal client team, I moved to the Venmo team to assist in the Phase 2 development of our Venmo Credit Card. This role has taught me how in app innovation impacts portfolio performance directly, and how to tackling issues by using a customer impact lens results in the best experience.After completing my journey at Synchrony, I started the next journey of my career at Mastercard, helping launch SMB focused products in our North America region.
