ABOUT JULIAN PECK
Leading global learning operations at WPP Media (formerly GroupM) allows me to pursue three key missions: empowering my L&D colleagues, optimising learning technology, and delivering our future-focused L&D roadmap to fuel the growth of WPP Media and its people.I\'m a people person, first and foremost. I know that without the right information, efficient processes, or access to tools, daily work can be painful at any level of experience. That\'s as true for someone working in L&D as it is for our Media Activation teams, so improving these conditions really matters to me. Easy access to relevant learning opportunities is key for both our employees and our business. In a large, matrixed global organisation, optimising learning technology to connect the right skills with the right people is our North Star. And finally, empowering our internal teams with vital new digital skills, as well as upskilling brands like Amazon and Nestle in them, is steadily positioning WPP Media L&D as a client enabler. This is an adventure I\'m excited to embark on with my new team!
