In my role as an Implementation and Oversight Analist, I am responsible for monitoring and managing the insurer’s proprietary alternative investment portfolio. This includes evaluating existing positions, assessing performance drivers and risks, and ensuring that all investments remain aligned with long-term strategic objectives and regulatory frameworks.I also perform the selection and implementation of liquid investment solutions on behalf of the insurer as well as external clients. This involves market screening, manager due diligence, and the design of efficient investment strategies that support both return and risk targets.In addition, I am a portfolio manager for the company’s employee DC pensionfund, managing daily flows, and timely execution of all investment‑related activities.Within the team, I play an active role in developing junior colleagues through on‑the‑job training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. I also contribute to improving internal processes by streamlining workflows, strengthening cooperation between teams, and enhancing the overall operational structure.
