Solution introduced real-time, transaction-based customer feedback surveys and new customer experience KPI data points for the organization- Conducted pre-launch testing and post-launch training with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to increase adoption of the new Medallia platform- Tracked and analyzed customer response data and partnered with sales team to increase NPS survey completion rate - Conducted stakeholder interviews, analyzed data, and identified lessons learned of inaugural call center and Medallia platform launches. Recommended action plan to improve efficiency during future implementations in different regions- Developed Business Objects dashboard to consolidate production data from 800+ manufacturing lines across 72 plants, enabling the customer experience and operations teams to identify and address underperforming lines on a daily basis- Prepared presentations and project reports for VP of Customer Experience, Medallia core team, and select E.L.T. members
