I have 12 years of experience in Human Resources & Recruiting and have been working in Sales since my first job as a Food & Beverage Server at the age of 15. Over the last 12 years of progressive management experience, I have developed my skills as a collaborative leader with a focus on mentoring team members to achieve their goals and realize their full potential. In the last several years I have expanded on my professional interests by helping to launch my family’s gourmet hot sauce business and becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. As a Yoga Instructor, I have had the opportunity to use my coaching & leadership skills in a new capacity, offering mentorship to new students/instructors on the 8 limbs of yoga. I love Recruiting, Sales, Yoga, healthy food (not just hot sauce!), travel, adventurous experiences, and meeting new people!
