ABOUT JULIANNE BURK

Julianne Burk is a Management Consultant specializing in Strategy, Marketing-Communications and Advocacy. She works directly and through agencies with some of the world’s leading companies and industries to move people through her research, writing and consultation. Julianne excels at helping Executives tell their stories across audiences, media and disciplines. She is also a seasoned strategic planner with an excellent track record for bringing internal and external stakeholders to consensus. Julianne launched her consulting career at Washington DC-based marketing firm, Statler Nagle, where she rose to the position of Managing Director. During her tenure, Julianne led engagements in many categories including healthcare, food, nutrition, finance, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Statler Nagle, Julianne served as the Director of Strategic Advocacy for Sanofi Pasteur US, the Vaccines division of the global pharmaceutical company, Sanofi.Julianne earned her bachelor\'s degree from Harvard University with magna cum laude distinction in 1997 and an MBA from the Yale School of Management as a Dean’s Scholar in 2003. She has also completed a Wharton Executive Education course in Leading and Managing People. In 2016, Julianne moved back to her hometown to help care for her aging parents. She blogs as Jul\'s Armenian Kitchen, provides free consulting services to 60+ local small businesses through the Valley Community Small Business Development Center, and volunteers as a Special Contributor to the Fresno Bee.
