ABOUT JULIANNA KEARNEY
As a recent graduate of Drexel University\'s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, I am currently clerking in the Camden County Vicinage. As a clerk for the Assignment Judge, I review filings related to New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, eminent domain, and procedural motions. I analyze and summarize arguments while drafting recommendations and assisting with oral and written opinions.While in law school, I spent two years on Drexel Law Review and served as the Executive Research Editor as a 3L. I developed my close reading of legal arguments concerning unfamiliar areas of law. I sourced author\'s articles while training first-year staff editors on research skills and having final review of their research edits. Outside of the law school, I worked in the Compliance Office for Drexel Athletics where I oversaw book scholarships for student-athletes, assisted with monthly rules education meetings, and tracked Name, Image, and Likeness NCAA and legislative updates
