ABOUT JULIANNA OLÁH
Co-founder and CTO of Psyrin - our start-up that transforms care for mental illness with speech and AI. We have developed software that will introduce a new standard of assessment and monitoring in clinical care pathways for psychiatry.Besides, I am NLP and speech researcher interested in applying technologies to improve mental health, with a PhD from King\'s College London. I also hold a specific interest in creating trust in conversational agents, predictive modelling with low-resource data, behavioural signal processing and digital biomarkers - fields where my expertise in AI and psychology can meet and complement each other.In the meantime, I am almost always involved in side-projects related to health equity, gender equality, early intervention, prevention in mental health, art and fashion.I love solving unexpected problems effectively, under pressure, working with interdisciplinary teams, leading and inspiring people, taking risk - generally making things happen. These aspirations made me found so far three companies in the digital mental health space where now I have various involvements and responsibilities starting from advisor, CEO and technical and scientific lead.
