I joined Pandora, a global leader in jewellery retail, to establish the Property Legal function for the UK and Ireland markets. In this role, I manage the legal aspects of our extensive portfolio of over 250 properties across both countries. I report directly to the Head of Legal and am a part of Pandora global legal team based across all major markets in the world.* Developing essential systems for property legal operations, including external search providers, HMRC and HM Land Registry interfaces, and deadline tracking mechanisms* Creating a comprehensive library of Pandora-specific templates and commercial instructions* Negotiating acquisitions, renewals, and licences for Pandora\'s high street and shopping centre locations* Managing our external legal panel, including instruction and expenditure* Collaborating with internal teams to provide effective legal support to the business* Making sure all the business deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and practical advice in a clear mannerThis role allows me to combine my expertise in retail property law with the dynamic environment of a global brand.
