I partner with the executive leadership team at Sally Beauty Holdings to identify and launch new growth and innovation initiatives and lead strategic planning. Select accomplishments include: • Successfully took over VP and director-level responsibilities for over 6 months when a resource shortage occurred shortly after I joined the company • Led long-range strategic planning for the entire $4 billion business, working directly with the c-suite and over 20 VP-level executives to craft the 3 year strategy • Spearheaded creation and piloting of a new tool and process to streamline initiative approval for the entire company, resulting in rapid prioritization of over 150 requested initiatives and a single source of truth for the initiative owners, Finance, Strategy, and IT • Led business model strategy and execution for the STUDIO by Sally, a new store concept; covering 4 major work streams (service experience, pricing, promotions, and strategy) and resulting in a successful pilot launch in March 2023 • Led development of the pilot test and learn plan for the STUDIO by Sally to gather insights and adapt the business model in a structured manner
