ABOUT JULIAN HARRIS

I’m an executive coach working with senior leaders navigating complexity, visibility and change. My clients are founders, CEOs, general counsel and senior professionals in high-performance environments. They’re experienced, capable, and outwardly successful — but privately wrestling with questions about leadership, purpose or direction. I help them slow down, think clearly, and move forward with greater presence and intention. Before becoming a coach, I spent two decades as a lawyer, advising businesses at board level — most recently focused on tech. That background means I bring sharp commercial awareness as well as deep listening. I understand what it’s like to hold pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead others when the stakes are high. I now partner with leadership development firms including Goodstone Group, Heidrick & Struggles and Leaderbeing, and coach clients across sectors including law, tech, finance and the bio-economy. Alongside my coaching work, I host The Human Edge — a podcast exploring what connects us beneath the surface. I speak with founders, creatives and leaders about doubt, identity, and the reality behind success. It’s a reflection of what I see in my work every day: that we’re so much more alike than we are different. That message has never been more important.
