For the past 6+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of nutrition science, product innovation, and communication, translating complex research into products and messaging that real people can actually use.Currently, I focus on reproductive health and supplements. I’ve helped launch over 10 supplements, including an at-home fertility test, built internal research systems, developed claims that hold up to scrutiny, and worked cross-functionally with regulatory, creative, operations, and e-comm teams to make sure every detail aligns with both evidence and what people actually care about.I’m a Registered Dietitian with a background in functional and herbal medicine, and have spent years working directly with women and families in private practice. That front-line perspective keeps my work grounded, nuanced, and people-first.I care deeply about helping people understand their reproductive health as a core part of overall health, not just something to pay attention to when trying to conceive. And I care about helping brands build trust around products rooted in science and real-life, without selling hype.
