I brought my many years of transformation experience to Thoughtworks\' to support their rapidly growing Consulting Practice. I work closely with executive stakeholders to establish the strategy for their transformation, whilst also setting up and leading the delivery of the change, typically establishing a model of co-creation with a hybrid Thoughtworks and client team comprising both change leaders and delivery experts. I have also established a number of client offerings and taken them to market in support of the demand teams, and as a leading expert in my field I bring both credibility and expertise to clients from day one of our collaboration.
