PrinSIX was created to address the inadequacy of digital customer journeys that I experienced for five years when I ran a consumer credit business. I knew customers circumstances were complex and very personal, but that hard-coded, one size fits all solutions were ineffective at creating good customer experiences that could really understand each individuals.
