I am an experienced leader with a proven track record in dynamic sales, strategy and support positions in the Drinks industry in both the On and Off Trade. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organised with an ability to think laterally and be innovative, confident, motivated and I am well used to a demanding environment. I have the ability to grasp new concepts and develop them fully and am able to offer a comprehensive skill set having over 30 years FMCG experience, including Account Management, People Management, Leadership, Coaching, Development, Talent Recruitment and M&A expertise. I am skilled at driving high levels of team engagement whilst also being able to lead from the front and skilled at building long term customer relationships, ensuring the delivery of a consistent customer experience through great implementation of operational standards.
