About Juliane Laurent
My name is Juliane Laurent, and I am a young graduate of San Jose State University. I am originally from Martinique in the Caribbean, which is a French region. Yes, I speak French and might be able to help you with yours. I have been an athlete since the youngest age; track, soccer, basketball, handball, etc were on the menu. I was born with this competitive nature and need to better myself every day. I played soccer for clubs such as Olympic Lyonnais in France before coming to California and joining SJSU as a D1 athlete. Now that my soccer career is over, I am helping others achieve their fitness and sports goals. Highly motivated and full of energy, people describe me as the life of the party. I have experience working with teams and individuals. I am 100% committed to the work that I do, and I give my best to my clients. I put a strong emphasis on people\'s experiences and focus on creating settings, events, and experiences that suit my customers the best. My interest in personal training started with my soccer career. When I moved to California, I found myself struggling a lot with physical performance. I was always exhausted and clearly less strong and flexible than my teammates. I studied to become a personal trainer so I could take care of myself first, and now I wish to help others maximize their potential. Outside the athletic world, I am very passionate and motivated. My experience working on campus helped me build strong skills in public relations. I am the worker that your team needs. I am an activator, and by nature, I raise the energy level around me. I am someone you can relate to, and I do not hesitate to embrace leadership roles when needed. I am deliberative and take serious care when making decisions and taking initiative. Finally, my most precious gift is my self-assurance, since it pushes me through every hard situation and makes me very adaptable.
