ABOUT JULIANE TROICKI

Juliane Troicki, Ph.D. is the CEO and founder of the Illuminating Project. Armed with data and contagious enthusiasm, Juliane is on a mission to transform the world with appreciation. With the Illuminating Project, Juliane partners with organizations, communities and individuals to boost their culture and their bottom line. The Illuminating Project provides powerful appreciation and recognition projects, valuable retention and recruitment initiatives, impactful marketing, customized leadership training and inspiring speaking engagements. The Illuminating Project started in 2019 as a community-based initiative and has since enriched multiple communities, drawing record audiences as the single most-attended events at these venues. Engaging and inspiring, the Illuminating Project also spoke to employers searching for a novel approach to improve employee engagement and retention. The Illuminating Project evolved organically from a community-based initiative into a business-focused venture prioritizing employee appreciation, engagement, and retention, thereby fostering business growth. With its attentive focus on individuals, their unique talents and contributions to their workplace and communities, employers regard the Illuminating Project as an antidote to the Great Resignation. Supported by industry research and unbiased in-house data collection, the Illuminating Project serves as a powerful tool to retain valuable employees, create vibrant work environments, and make companies shine. A native of Berlin, Germany, Juliane has lived in New York City and Philadelphia before making her home in Wisconsin. When she is not chasing after her four children, her husband or her rescue dog Roy, Juliane enjoys weightlifting and restoring mid-century furniture.
