I work with Founders and CEOs of VC- and PE-backed technology companies as an Operating Partner, Board Chair, and strategic co-pilot. My role is to help leaders make better decisions faster and execute them with discipline. Together, we create clear, stage-appropriate strategies and translate them into action across fundraising, go-to-market execution, leadership team development, organizational design, board management, fund-raising and M&A. I provide structure, operating cadence, and direct support, along with honest, experience-based feedback, at moments where clarity and alignment matter most. In addition to 1:1 work, I founded Growth Elevated, a peer-led community for Founders, CEOs, and CXOs who want a trusted forum to pressure-test decisions, share real operating experience, and continue growing as leaders. Because I’ve sat in both the CEO chair and the investor and board seats, I help leaders cut through noise, align stakeholders, and execute with confidence, often serving as Board Chair to ensure the board is a true asset, not a constraint.

   I currently serve as the lead independent board director and executive coach to the CEO and CFO. From inception to the current Series B/C stage, I have served as an executive coach to the founder, and have assisted with Series A and B funding rounds, growth strategy, and organizational design. Redica Systems’ mission is to empower the champions of safety and quality at life sciences companies with actionable data intelligence. We do this through the development of the world\'s leading quality and regulatory intelligence platform (QRI) for the food and drug industry.
