Hello and Welcome! I am an \"Escrow Officer\", also known as a \"Settlement Agent\". I am that individual who handles the intricacies of transferring ownership of property, whether real or personal, from a Seller to a Buyer. I was one of the first Escrow Officers of Chinese descent in my community of San Gabriel Valley. This was a career that I had dropped into by chance and it has been good to me. It has provided a roof over my head, the education of 2 kids (through undergrad and grad), vacations (when I have time to take it), and those little odds and ends of life that are so important, like SHOES and HAIR STYLING.Through the years I have built up a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise. However, all this is nothing if it is not used for the benefit of others and if it is not passed on to the new generation of Escrow Officers. That is why I am so involved in my industry association - the regional Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley and the statewide California Escrow Association.
