ABOUT JULIANA RICCARDI
I have two decades of experience as a creative entrepreneur, working passionately through the launch and management of meaningful projects, collaborations and initiatives that add joy, compassion and connectivity to the world. From leading successful New York based event performance group for almost a decade, to my six years developing and managing a support community around animal rescue and welfare; I have strong team-building skills and thrive in communications. During my time in animal welfare and community leadership, I managed all aspects of rescue, animal care and logistics, adoptions, team building, communications and outreach. During my career as a band leader and performer at high pressure events, I had to work quickly and spontaneously, communicating and delegating with both command and kindness. My continued musicianship and songwriting earned me a feature in Billboard this spring. The culmination of my passion for helping others, my ability to connect and inspire, and my musicianship inspired my recent development of \"Discover Your Voice\" my private vocal coaching practice. My experience as a musician has deepened my confidence and ability to connect creatively with a variety of audiences.
