ABOUT JULIANA GIST
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BCU, I leverage my 10 years of HR experience and Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management to provide counsel and support to management and employees on employee relations issues, policies and procedures, and training and development. I also maintain the HR department\'s SharePoint page and ensure the guidelines and procedures are current and consistent with BCU policies.
