Strategic Planning: Plan and execute the company’s learning and development strategy, prioritizing the most important work and implementing various learning methods company-wide. Learning Design: Design engaging learning experiences, including e-learnings, workshops, practice activities and company-wide training. Program Development: Design and implement foundational learning programs, with a focus on onboarding, leadership development and ongoing skills development. Facilitation: Plan, guide and deliver Learning and Development programming to motivate learners, encourage engagement and discussion and provide actionable outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including People, Operations, Sales, and department heads, to align on learning needs. Measurement and Evaluation: Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs. Gather feedback from the business and learners to inform and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure effectiveness of our offerings. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our learning and development offerings.
