In the past few years I led Alexa Accessibility, driving roadmap development, end-to-end feature delivery, and leveraging my marketing background to create impactful launches. Internally I led the team strategy, penned key documents and leadership reviews (North Star, 3YP, OP1, and PRFAQs). I brought together cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, research and product) throughout the roadmap and prioritisation process to drive a culture of ownership, built on a foundation of customer understanding. Externally, I built a culture of collaboration with customers, through partnerships and key events. As an Alexa spokesperson I typically present at ~10 events per year; most often storytelling about inclusive design and driving trust in the Alexa / Amazon brand. A keen advocate for accessibility, I’ve participated in advocacy events with key political figures in DC and EU parliament. quo.
