As Co-Founder of Future Education, I led the development of the first acceleration program focused exclusively on EdTechs in Latin America, resulting in 56 accelerated startups and the implementation of innovative educational solutions.Key responsibilities and achievements- Project and Management: Development and implementation of training programs and learning experiences for high-profile corporate clients (Bayer, Banco Itaú, Agrivalle) and international academic institutions (Marista Group, Polytechnic of Coimbra, PUC Chile, and FDC - Dom Cabral Foundation)- Educational Innovation: Identification, evaluation, and integration of emerging educational technologies in corporate training programs, adopting innovative methodologies to maximize engagement and knowledge retention- Learning Design: Creation of customized curricula, blended learning experiences, and development of leadership training programs, with a focus on measurable results.Until december, 2024, I continued as an educational consultant, working remotely in educational strategic consulting and conducting training sessions with Future Education clients in both corporate and academic environments.
