As a Global Tax and Legal Consultant with more than 18 years of experience, I lead complex cross-border tax strategy, M&A, and corporate restructuring for multinational organizations. My work bridges U.S. and international markets, helping executive teams navigate global expansion, compliance, and governance with clarity and confidence. Over the years, I’ve advised on multi-billion-dollar transactions, guided diverse teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and partnered with CFOs and General Counsel to align tax strategy with long-term business goals. I take pride in building teams that thrive, mentoring emerging leaders, and fostering collaboration across cultures and disciplines. Before moving to the United States, I built a strong foundation in tax law in Brazil, an experience that shaped my global perspective and deep respect for cross-jurisdictional complexity.
