I proudly serve on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter Cleveland, a college access and success organization that prepares high school students from low-income families for success in college and beyond. An intensive and supportive program beginning in 10th grade, Minds Matter Cleveland pairs students with volunteer mentors, writing advisers, test prep instructors, and supporters who guide them through the college advising process and prepare them to get to and through their best-fit college. Since 2009, 100% of Minds Matter Cleveland students have been accepted to four-year colleges and universities.
