Key Responsibilities: Project Support & Coordination - Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily jobsite operations - Review drawings and specifications to ensure field installation compliance - Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews - Track and document field progress and productionQuality Control- Perform routine jobsite inspections to verify work meets contract documents and company standards - Document deficiencies and assist in coordinating corrective action - Assist with punch list development and closeout documentation - Maintain organized project records (RFIs, submittals, change orders, as-builts)Material Procurement & Logistics- Assist with material takeoffs and quantity verification - Coordinate material orders and deliveries - Track long-lead equipment and ensure timely procurement - Monitor inventory and staging of materials onsiteSafety Oversight- Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance - Participate in safety meetings and job hazard analyses - Identify and report potential safety concerns - Support superintendent in maintaining a safe jobsite environmentAdministrative & Documentation Support- Assist with RFI drafting and tracking - Help maintain submittal logs - Document field conditions with photos and reports - Support project schedule updates
