I am a historical architect for the NPS with a deep commitment to preserving and reimagining the built environment. My work extends beyond traditional architecture, incorporating art and cultural narratives to create spaces that honor the past while remaining relevant to contemporary communities. With experience on significant preservation projects across Boston and New England, I bring technical expertise and design insight to historically significant sites.Collaboration is at the core of my practice. I engage with engineers, conservators, community leaders, artists, and designers to develop holistic solutions that balance architectural integrity with dynamic cultural storytelling. Beyond my work in practice, I am actively involved in local and national preservation initiatives, as well as local education, art, and mentorship. I strive to bridge disciplines and perspectives, ensuring that preservation is not just about maintaining the past but also about shaping meaningful connections for the future.

   Historic Architecture, Conservation, and Engineering Center (HACE) Supports the Northeast Region’s parks and programs in the research, planning, design, documentation, preservation, conservation, rehabilitation of park resources. Provides leadership in NER Historic Architecture Program. Suppoers Regional Maintenance Assistance (MAT) and Streamlined Strategic Facility Planning Assistance. Provides support and guidance Accessibility Program.Historical Architect Duties• Undertake Condition Assessments of historic structures & facilities. Assist with creation of resulting work orders, estimates & project formulation.• Develop Contract documents for treatments; develop scopes of work, cost estimates for A&E-Consultant task and oversee accomplishment. • Implement treatment and system recommendations, construction technical support and oversight.• Assist Architectural Historians/Conservators in the accomplishment of Historic Structures Reports• Provide guidance and support to Preservation Crew projects.• Provide Parks with Historical Architectural Advice for 106 compliance, Accessibility, Sustainability, Energy Programs.
