Privileged to be working on an innovative digital project for UNHCR.Working as the sole Technical Programme Director to procure a preferred technical partner. Using the Agile format, I managed teams to define, design and develop and UAT three mobile app ecosystems for Private Sector and Partnerships (PSP) at UNHCR. Working with stakeholders, I directed and oversaw the development and delivery (on time and within agreed budget) of three complex React Native apps and web projects creating a new income stream for the UN. The project required careful internal and external stakeholder management in multiple time zones. I led on negotiations with key departments on best of breed security provision, including MFA, payment gateway integration, WAF, PEN testing, hosting, support, dB management, migration, general maintenance and modifications. Other duties included management of content provision and integration, user feedback analytics using GA and PowerBI, defining KPIs, negotiating and renegotiating contracts, managing work and team wellbeing through the pandemic. Presenting progress quarterly to senior management, recommending technical and commercial improvements.
