I focus on privacy litigation matters (related to tracking technology, data breaches, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM), intellectual property, antitrust, and appellate litigation matters that have significant business and reputational impact. I also lead Kaiser\'s affirmative recovery program, advise on emerging AI issues on Kaiser\'s AI Advisory Committee, and work cross-functionally with Kaiser\'s compliance, business, clinical, and government teams to handle other high-stakes commercial disputes.
