Dr. Julian K. Muhammad is currently a Contributing Faculty for Walden University. Dr. Muhammad has been academically and professionally active in the areas of public administration and policy, risk management, emergency management, homeland security, and continuity of operations for more than 30 years, serving as senior manager for six District of Columbia (DC) Government agencies, the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and several non-government organizations. Dr. Muhammad has also served as Program Director and Lead Faculty for several leading universities.
