I\'m a first-generation graduate from New York University\'s Stern School of Business on a full-ride scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. As a Howard Meyer Scholar and Dean’s List honoree, I was actively involved in the Stern Real Estate Group, Finance Society, and Venture Society. My academic journey also included the IBEX program, which provided me with valuable international exposure as I studied Finance and Economics at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.Currently, I’m an Investment Manager at Pegasus Tech Ventures, where I manage investor funds, strategically deploying over $250 million in capital into high-growth startups. My role involves comprehensive market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and investment modeling across multiple industries. Additionally, I’m part of the Business Development team for the Startup World Cup, managing relationships with current partners, working to establish new partnerships, and co-hosting global regional events that significantly enhance startup visibility and investor engagement.As an Acquisitions Analyst at Acadia Realty Trust, I led my cohort in the underwriting and valuation of a SF commercial real estate retail property, culminating in a $50 million transaction. I honed my skills in DCF modeling and Argus, valuing six live investment opportunities, including two portfolios, and successfully finalizing deals totaling over $125 million.My experience in SEO Career includes completing industry-specific training that honed my skills and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). I earned first place among 20 interns in a Real Estate Case Competition, where I successfully analyzed a target market and modeled the conversion of an office building to a multifamily property, utilizing Argus and Excel. My recommendations included economic returns, risk mitigation strategies, and critical market insights.
