I’m currently an Wealth Management Analyst in the Distribution Unit at BNY, supporting institutional and commercial banking clients across treasury services, cash management, and complex account operations. I serve as a primary point of contact for high-value, time-sensitive transactions, including domestic and international wire transfers, ACH processing, payment investigations, and liquidity management. I partner closely with Treasury Services, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy across the transaction lifecycle while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards such as KYC and AML. My role also includes monitoring SLAs and KPIs, managing escalations, and performing root cause analysis to improve turnaround times, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency experience that aligns closely with large-scale banking environments.Prior to this, I worked with New York Life, where I built a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk assessment, and client relationship management within a regulated environment. I hold an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications & Marketing from Bethany College, which strengthened my analytical, communication, and business acumen. Across my experience, I’ve developed expertise in commercial banking support, treasury operations, and payment processing, with a focus on risk & control frameworks and client-centric execution. I’m actively targeting opportunities in the Charlotte market with institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Truist Financial, where I can continue to grow within commercial banking, credit analysis, or treasury services and deepen my exposure to underwriting, lending workflows, and financial analysis.
