To implement and manage collections processes relating to Network Infrastructure Projects & Train Operating Companies, Freight Estates yearly turnover £3.8b (High Profile Customers).• Deliver compliance to the collections internal processes, contractual terms and service level agreements.Track collections metrics to identify performance issues and drive out process defects. • Assist in the identification, design, development and implementation of process, technology and business change improvements that deliver benefits to Receivables. • Adopt credit control procedures appropriate to portfolio(s), including the production and validation of customer statements and dunning letters. • Support preparation of the necessary evidence and documentation for the resolution or negotiation of large /complex customer accounts that are in dispute or require legal recourse.• Deliver the unidentified /non remittance receipting and cash allocation process for all customer payments including third party managing agents’ income. Provide cash flow forecasts.• Deliver the credit management and checking for customer portfolio(s).• Support the production of added valued commentaries and statistical analysis in relation the Board Reporting Period End, Management Account Reporting Period End, Commercial Property Reporting Period End and Monthly KPI and IPI processing for Accounts Receivable reporting to the Board of Network Rail.• Projects design and management, liaising with internal and external departments including Government related departments, managing service level agreements and progress of work to required deadlines.• Management reporting for period end and high level debt reviews carried out at various locations throughout the UK.
