At CVS Health, the stewardship of robust IT security operations falls under my purview, ensuring enterprise-wide systems are impenetrable and compliant with an array of stringent standards such as SOX, SOC 2, and PCI. Leading the transition to a Safe Agile product model, our team has embraced a philosophy that underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence. Responsibilities have ranged from on premise systems to GCP, AWS and Azure cloud as well as mainframe. Our focus is not only on maintaining product currency but also on strategizing for the mid and long term, which has positioned us to adeptly manage audits and meet rigorous security benchmarks. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, we\'ve instituted proactive security measures and remediation practices that fortify our defenses, aligning with CVS Health\'s overarching mission to protect and manage sensitive healthcare information.I also have acquired extensive experience in IT infrastructure and IT Service Management, from Helpdesk to network/server/workstation engineering as well as IT asset management. Preaching a philosophy of \'extreme ownership,\' to transform people into interested stakeholders instead of just \'workers.\' Augmenting \'extreme ownership\' is a focus on \'servant leadership,\' the idea that leaders are primarily accountable to help develop and empower their team members, not simply write reviews and direct activities.
