ABOUT JULIAN HARBORT

I am highly passionate about Innovation and Entrepreneurship. For me, this means finding, nurturing, and growing opportunities that lie somewhere between creative daydreams and solid megatrends to solve problems and create value. When you meet me in this field, you’ll find me to be driven, solution-oriented, and bursting with ideas. I am assertive and candid, with a strong sense of perseverance - willing to go above and beyond as part of a high-performing team in order to make things happen.Blending a background from academic finance with a natural talent for creativity and communication that emerged early in my career, I view myself as a hybrid minded allrounder. My role at Mavie Next has allowed me to have worn many hats, adapting to a constantly shifting focus. Thereby, I’ve found that I enjoy and thrive most at the intersection of both areas, at tasks like- Overseeing and managing funnels in B2C Marketing & B2B Sales, bridging the gap between creative, communication, and KPI-driven analysis- Ideating and creating business cases, then iterating on both through an experiment-based build- measure-learn approach that always puts the customer first.
