I am an experienced project manager with PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate with over 17 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. As project manager I managed the end to end delivery of products and services, managing their installation and integration in live networks with precision and quality. This calls for the managing of customer expectations, often in very challenging situations while maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.My past experience includes lead Service Delivery Manager in Ericsson spanning the Caribbean and Central America. My duties involved supervising four other Service Delivery Managers while managing my own service area. I was also involved with the preparation of the change to a Managed Services environment for a major telecommunications service provider in Jamaica.Added to this, I managed the Enhanced Services Section, this role included the supervising of engineering/technical specialists, scheduling work and maintenance activities and handling disputes using conflict resolution techniques.I bring with me strong problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills with a very strong customer service orientation that was honed by years of experience in two large global companies. It is the norm for me to lead project groups that span more than one country and involves coordinating many personalities from varied backgrounds.
