Supervise a team of 4 Clerkship Administrators, overseeing the facilitation of the third-year Clerkship curriculum, assisting with the recruitment of new clinical sites, and supporting faculty development in the specialties of Bioethics, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Population Health, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology•Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Director of Student Affairs to review, support, and elevate the Binghamton Clinical Campus student experience • Provide ad hoc academic success coaching for students during their Clerkship year and while preparing for their STEP 1 and STEP 2 exams•Ensure continuity in education and assessment by working closely with faculty and staff from both the Binghamton Clinical Campus and Syracuse Campus•Provide back-up support to the Standardized Patient Program as needed •Coach MS4 students on the successful completion of their ERAS application materials reviewing: personal statements, critiquing CVs, and co-authoring their MSPE Letter Noteworthy Characteristics•Assist with the planning and execution of the annual Binghamton Biomedical Research Conference, a collaborative event co-sponsored by SUNY Upstate Medical University, Binghamton University, Guthrie Lourdes, and UHS
