I joined Lay-Up\'s board in October 2024 after dedicating time to assist in development of two programs —SKY HIGH, and Crossover — basketball programming for female-identifying youth and a program for ages 15-29 who are paid for their time while receiving valuable certifications and developing industry skills.On the board, we support Lay-Up\'s full-time staff in delivering evidence-based basketball programming to youth from lower socio-economic groups across the Greater Toronto Area.

ABOUT JULIA MERIEL
Julia is a dynamic leader with 10+ years experience and a passion for sharing insights and knowledge in User Experience (UX).
