ABOUT JULIA LAMBERS

I am a strong ( & fun) team player with an agile mindset looking for enriching exchanges and purposeful opportunities. From my work experience I offer excellent communication skills, a strong organisational talent, an analytical view and a pragmatic hands-on-mentality. I am an experienced and dedicated manager with a profound background in international partner management & interface functions and a success story in being part of & leading global and interdisciplinary teams. Analysing structures & understanding team dynamics to support personal as well as business growth through optimized collaboration fascinates me. During my sabbatical I made immeasurable experiences helping me to further grow in open mindedness, intercultural competence, flexibility, minimalism & awareness. Backpacking, volunteering, meditating, following my passion for veganism, health, nutrition & wellbeing & meeting inspiring people I learned a lot about the world and myself. I believe in lifelong learning and I am glad I took the chance to get certified as a coach and to enter the inspiring sector of new work during trainings in systemic organisation coaching and agile management. My main driver is purpose. I am always looking for the sense and my dream is to contribute to a good cause, to be part of an enthusiastic agile team trying its best to make a difference.
