ABOUT JULIA KRIEGER

I bring over 20 years of team-centered and quality-focused work in data systems and analytics, program management, knowledge management (KM), and internal communications expertise related to global and domestic public health, with six years of experience performing at the senior management level. I am adept at leading a matrixed team of stakeholders to direct, design, and develop innovative data architecture and customizations for data systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365. Since 2024, I have led six projects that piloted artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models for business optimization. My focus has centered on reenvisioning, defining, and managing the architecture of data systems, content libraries, and business processes while concurrently supporting strategic data analysis for decision-making in public health organizations. In my current role, I have strengthened systems architecture and directed the analysis, presentation, and management of business data to support tactical decision making for business development in a complex global public health organization spanning 40 country offices. My team supports donor positioning and research, curation of the organization\'s key technical & programmatic achievements, and essential content creation for proposals. I am experienced in providing coaching, training and technical assistance to clients and colleagues across multiple departments. A former Peace Corps Volunteer in the Federated States of Micronesia and a current Board Member for Chase Brexton Health Care, I have always been active in my community and eager to serve others.
