About Gigi Jones
Beginning her tenure at Palo Alto Networks as a Customer Success Manager, Gigi expertly managed a portfolio of over $20 million ARR across 30+ customers. In this role, she specialized in the operationalization and enablement of Cortex products—including platforms for attack surface management (ASM), security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), and extended detection and response (XDR)—for North American enterprise clients. She has since advanced to a Service Delivery Leader at PANW, managing a portfolio of $130+ million, where she empowers various teams to ensure top notch service to Fortune 500 customers, ensuring their successful enablement, scaling, and expansion of the full suite of PANW products.Graduated May 2022 with a Master\'s Degree in Technology Management at Georgetown University to develop technical and strategic knowledge in order become a forward-thinking tech leader who can analyze and address evolving business needs.Achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology with a focus in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Virginia Tech; and minored in Italian Language and Literature to enhance her communication skills and Italian heritage.Gigi considers herself an incredibly persevering and resourceful young professional since she has been able to overcome her dyslexia to advance in both academic and professional goals.
