About Julia Ismael
We always wonder what others say about us, I asked and this is what I heard:I tell the truth with grace. I have no problem changing my own mind. I\'ll be the one to say that hard thing. My love is immense. Don\'t be on my wrong side but I\'m able to forgive. I love my Islam. I love being a Black woman. And, for those here on LinkedIn, I know my stuff and it\'s all equity. After lifetimes of changing hearts and minds, The Equity Consortium focuses on the hand: The how and the what to do about it. Starting with a community written and reviewed Equity Factors Evaluation, based on the results we added the Equitable Resolution System to our roster of services. And again, we looked to community to create and support. for more details.Whether you\'re an equity consultant, someone in HR, a mediator, an advocate of equity in any form, or someone affected by inequity you have found a place for you. Respected by both employee and administration because we seek mutual benefit at every turn. Join us, The future is
