I bring vision, leadership, creative problem-solving, and experience to the ever-evolving world of virtual and digital care in medical and mental health. I synthesize deep knowledge of the digital mental health market, human behavior, and clinical psychology with a decade and a half of experience building and leading teams to design, develop, and deploy technologies in the service of resolving psychopathology, supporting resilience, and improving health for individuals and the population around the world. I have done this for the federal government, payers, providers, pharma, every stage of startup, and hypergrowth companies. From the largest integrated healthcare system in the country (USVA) to the biggest digital health IPO of all time (LVGO) to the unprecedented merger creating the market’s first ever full-stack virtual health company (TDOC), scaling mental healthcare so that it can serve all who need it has been my life’s work.
