ABOUT JULIA HINDERINK
With over 25 years of professional experience, I currently serve as Program Manager for Entrepreneurship Education at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where I design, lead, and scale transformative education and innovation formats at the intersection of academia, entrepreneurship, and societal impact. My work includes the strategic and operational leadership of flagship programs such as Think.Make.Start. as well as the development of Designing Regenerative Transformation, created in close collaboration with academic chairs, institutional partners, and external stakeholders.In parallel, I am Managing Director of Architekturkultur Stiftung, where I provide strategic leadership at the interface of architecture, sustainability, and culture. The foundation’s work focuses on circularity, regenerative design, and systemic transformation, advancing new narratives and practices in the built environment while fostering cross-sector dialogue and long-term societal change.Across both roles, I bring senior-level experience in program leadership, organizational development, partnership building, and business development, with a strong focus on regenerative approaches, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and mission-driven innovation.
